Why isn't the family's name or address shown?
For the household's privacy. Respected households do not publish their details online, and we would never ask them to. Everything that can be shared publicly is here: Lahore Cantt, the open roles and the standards of work.
How much is the salary?
It depends on experience: someone with ten years at a fine hotel or a well-staffed home is not offered the same as someone with five. You share your expectation in the form, good fits are contacted on WhatsApp, and salary is agreed before you start.
Who sees my video and my details?
Only the hiring team for the household you applied to. No CNIC photo is needed to apply. A plain, tidy background is all your video needs.
Do I have to record a video?
No. Your CV and answers are enough to complete your application. A short introduction recorded here on your phone is optional and may help us understand your experience sooner. One take is fine; no editing needed.
What happens if I'm not selected?
Your application page shows your status at any time, and if you gave an email we write to you too. You are welcome to apply for another role that matches your experience.
Do I need English? What CV format is accepted?
A CV is required; PDF, Word or a clear photo of a paper CV is accepted. You can apply and interview in Urdu. Only the House Manager needs to write simple messages and short reports in English; accent is not judged.
